What you will do
- Design conversion focused websites and landing pages
- Create stunning visual designs that align with brand identities
- Build responsive designs that work flawlessly across all devices
- Optimize user journeys and interface elements for maximum conversions
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel perfect implementation
- Create design systems and style guides for consistent branding
- Stay ahead of design trends while maintaining conversion focus
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of web design experience with a killer portfolio
- Expert knowledge of Figma and modern design tools
- Fluency in English and native in either Dutch, Spanish, German, or French
- Strong understanding of UX principles and conversion optimization
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS to communicate effectively with developers
- Experience designing for international clients across industries
- Ability to balance aesthetics with business goals and KPIs
