What you will do

  • Analyze user behavior to identify conversion bottlenecks
  • Design and run A/B tests that actually move the needle
  • Create conversion-focused landing pages that perform
  • Optimize user journeys from first click to final purchase
  • Use heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to uncover insights
  • Develop persuasive copy and CTAs that drive action
  • Collaborate with design and dev teams to implement winning tests

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of proven CRO experience with measurable results
  • Deep knowledge of A/B testing methodology and statistical significance
  • Fluency in English and native in either Dutch, Spanish, German, or French
  • Experience with CRO tools like Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and consumer psychology
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
  • Portfolio of successful optimization projects with before/after metrics
