What you will do
- Build and optimize Microsoft Ads campaigns that outperform expectations
- Leverage unique Microsoft Advertising features like LinkedIn targeting
- Develop strategies that capitalize on lower competition and CPCs
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI for clients
- Create compelling ad copy that resonates with the Bing audience
- Import and optimize campaigns from Google Ads when beneficial
- Analyze performance data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
What we are looking for
- 5+ years managing Microsoft Ads with proven success stories
- Microsoft Advertising certification is highly preferred
- Fluency in English and native in either Dutch, Spanish, German, or French
- Understanding of how Microsoft Ads differs from Google Ads
- Experience with audience targeting and remarketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills and data driven optimization approach
- Portfolio showing campaigns you've scaled profitably on Microsoft Ads
